We sat in the outside area, which overlooks the marina and has a very clean glass screen for protection against the wind. Heaters are provided for cooler days and umbrellas for the hot sunny days. We had crispy crab bites and clam chowder both of which were delicious. The guava daiquiri is highly recommended. The service was excellent.

The young lady that attended me at the register was courteous and very polite. I ordered 3 burgers and cheesecake. She confirmed my order before she gave it to me and made sure I was set before I left. Thanks again for the awesome customer service.

A landmark since the 80s over looking a beautiful harbour in Redondo Beach. Cheesecake factory is one of my favorite restaurants so I can go on forever on the menu variety, food quality and exceptional service. But what makes this place truly unique is the prime location that has amazing views of the harbour. Easy parking self and valet! Totally worth visiting.

Cheesecake Factory in Redondo is one of the best restaurants I ever visited. It has a fantastic view on the marina, a broad range of foods, welcoming atmosphere, and nice employees. The menu is very diverse, and includes many salads, soups, meats, pasta, seafood, drinks, and desserts, which are all delicious, and also quite large. The worthiness of this place can be proven with an enormous amount of people, waiting to be seated (so book a table before coming). Overall, it is a definitely a restaurant on my list of favorites.

Ordered sandwiches, fries, pasta with shrimp. French fries were cold and old. Shrimp was over cooked and dry. I had requested by phone that I was going to pick up a cheesecake in the afternoon I was told the cheesecake was going to be ready for me. I called that I was on my way to pick up cake. I was put on hold the first time for about 8 minutes. I hung up called again and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Finally I was told that there was no cake reserved for me. Next time I will just go back to the cheesecake factory in Marina Del Rey.

Pretty standard cheesecake factory, service was friendly. Lights were a little dim where even the server was having trouble seeing things, but eventually they turned them up after probably enough people complained. Mostly docking a star because you are forced to valet park for $4.50

Great service at the bar. Big restaurant with great views of the harbour. The whole harbour side of the restaurant is glass so you can see wherever you sit. Menu is nice, not fine dining - but what you’d expect from a chain. Fish Tacos were fine, and reasonably priced. Service was swift even though the restaurant was pretty busy. Food arrived pretty quickly too. Dare I say it - I didn’t try the cheesecake as I was pretty full. But there was a queue at the deli counter for desserts so obviously a popular choice. Family friendly and the staff seemed to make a fuss of anyone celebrating anything. Would recommend.

The food at Cheesecake Factory is always good and the service is excellent. The prestige and the ambience of the restaurant is superb. A few downsides to this Cheesecake Factory location: you have to pay for parking (which is annoying), and they keep the lights way low so it is very hard to read the menu.

Valet parking unless you want to hike on in. Usually busy here almost at all hours I've been here. Can get really noisy inside. Great view of the marina and the water. Service is usually excellent. Food is always good as it is Cheesecake Factory. I've had lots of good memories here as we come here a lot for celebrations.

There was a table behind me tonight that complained about their server to try and get free food from the manager. The young man that waited on them, and my family, was awesome. Super polite. Super attentive. He made my night better. And this other table tried to throw him under the bus to get their meal comped. Your whole staff is cool.

Absolutely loved this place! Our server was amazing, he created quite the experience for us! He made our family dinner a great night out. Food was delicious and brought out fast. Everything on the menu is tasty. I had the pineapple chicken & shrimp which left me in awe. The sweet tangy flavor keep me wanting more. Fried macaroni and cheese is a ball of cheesy goodness. I'll be back soon.

Usually love this place but this night was particularly off. Food took over an hour to get to the table. Fries were old and cold. Steak was under cooked. Just really weird. Both tables on either side of ours sent their plates back as well. By no means will I stop eating there but unfortunately didn't leave the usual 20% tip that I normally do.

I was fortunate to be enjoying a hefty dinner here at exactly the moment the governor (or mayor?) was calling for social distancing, followed by restaurant system changing. They stayed professional the entire time. Fantastic nachos, although much bigger than I expected. The spicy chicken was wonderful. Pretzel bites are always amazing, but the cheese sauce it comes with is often misappropriated to dip other food in. Actually, I think I'll just recommend ordering a bunch of appetizers and starter plates, followed by cheesecake. Trust me, you're in for a treat.

I will start with the good... The food was delicious and the customer service was great... Now to the bad... We waited almost an hour to receive our food. The waiter said they were backed up in the kitchen but yet the people across from us that came after got their food before us. Also when it was time to pack up my leftovers, the waiter asked if I wanted her to box it so I had said yes. When I got home and decided to eat the rest, I noticed that she only packed the meat but threw my vegetables away. It would have been nice to take home everything I paid for

Overall it was fine, but my experience has always been deeply medium at any Cheesecake Factory. My visit to this location kept that up when my asparagus was served at room temperature with the rest of the plate hot, and my sister-in-law was served fries that felt like they'd been sitting for hours. I'd recommend going with a local place over CF.

I was today years old when I found out that the Cheesecake Factory has delicious appetizers. Like, really good ones that steal the show from main dishes. Take a tip from me and order a few appetizers in lieu of dinner and share a slice of cinnabon cheesecake.

1/2 price cheesecake. National cheesecake day. Great food and company (family). Nephew had buffalo chicken (8) ? Delicious. I had Corn Cake (3 or4) great. Chicken sliders (4) good. Burger double patty. Great portions worth money Happy Hour. $7 each.

The food and the service was good. The portion of foods are huge. The place looks and feels old. The only have about 10-15 self parking which is always full so it obligates you to pay $4.50 valet parking. The have a bunch of empty parking for pick up and food delivery. This is the nicest Cheesecake Factory I’ve ever been to. The view was stunning. They had all my favorites on the menu. We ate on the deck and it was amazing. If you’re only going to go to one Cheesecake Factory make it this one. My ex’s parents had their wedding reception here and they’re bougie as hell

Good experience! booth and and silverware was a tad dirty. Ive worked in quite a few restaurants, so I've seen how bad it can get, so it didnt bother me a ton. Plus i had a burger and no use for the silverware. The food was delicious. And all in all the server was kind, quick, and professional.

The food was good, service slow. Didn't like mandatory valet parking (not complementary). At least we got there early enough that we didn't have to wait to be seated and they had a window table available.

Great food and great service. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Keep in mind this location does valet parking only for $4.50. Definitely good wine selection and a great place for celebrating Valentine's day.

Second time at the cheesecake factory - I was not disappointed! Meals are HUGE, service is so very friendly and helpful, cocktails are scrumptious and the cheesecake is DECADENT! Valet parking well worth the cash, not overly expensive and friendly attendants. Cozy restaurant, very clean and inviting. Worthy of a trip and every return trip to try all the meals cocktails and CHEESECAKES! The original - a la modè - is my favorite - can't mess with perfection!

It's a good place especially to spend evenings with family. The food was amazing, especially cheesecakes (but too sweet, so it depends on tastes). Unfortunately it was a little bit noisy as we're near the kitchen. But our waitress made her best us to feel comfortable.

It was January evening, and we sat in the patio, and heater strength was just right. Neither trying to freeze you nor dehydrate you. Waiter was friendly, and food was good. Had some pasta and cheesecake. Really enjoyed the time there.

Choose anything from the menu. You won't be disappointed. Would've given it 5 stars but the wait time at least 45 minutes. Make sure you have $4 CASH to pay for valet service.

Every dish on the menu is delicious. You can't go wrong with what you choose. The staff is always super nice and professional, they make you feel welcomed. Location is great, clean and spacious overlooking the harbor. Great for a sunset dinner or a nice so cal sunny day. They have indoor seating and outside patio. Bar area as well with lots of seating and tvs.Second floor has two banquet areas and a bar area. Events are great here. Parking is valet or street meter parking.Plan ahead for seating, arrive early.

I really didn't care for the new food items on the menu. And the food that was delivered to my table was cold. Ultimately, I had to return several dishes. The manager came and quickly made all corrections, and also took one of the items off the bill and gave two of my guest a salad of their choice on the house. Due to how things was handled I will most definitely return. Customer service was excellent!
